From July 17 to 22, 2023, we had the wonderful opportunity to organize an intensive and inspiring Summer School titled “Diversity Women Islamic Culture” at the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences, which we conducted with great dedication and care. This week not only provided valuable insights into various subject areas but also enabled us to engage in enriching intercultural exchange.

The event brought together participants from our partner universities in Jordan, Malaysia, and Morocco, all of whom contributed unique perspectives and experiences to the diversity of discussions. The Summer School was supported by dedicated experts from various NGOs, who provided us with in-depth input on current social and political issues. Of particular note were the interactive workshops and lectures that we organized as part of this Summer School to expand our knowledge and develop new solutions for global challenges.

Our stay in Frankfurt offered not only an ideal learning environm but also the opportunity to explore this dynamic city. During our free time, we visited some of Frankfurt’s most significant cultural and historical landmarks, giving us a deeper insight into German history and culture.

A special highlight of the week was our day trip to Heidelberg. To conclude the Summer School, which we organized with much dedication, we enjoyed the picturesque scenery of this historic city. The visit to Heidelberg Castle and a stroll through the old town provided the perfect conclusion to an intense and inspiring week.

The Summer School in Frankfurt was an outstanding experience that not only expanded our knowledge but also gave us the opportunity to forge valuable international friendships. We will certainly cherish this time in Germany and look forward to incorporating the newly gained insights and connections into future projects.
